Dosage and Direction - How often should I take my supplement daily?

For those taking supplements as part of the Detox protocol or kit, please refer to the manuals/ebooks for directions.

If taking the supplements as directed by your coach during a session, please follow the instructions provided.
For daily supplementation, take the supplement as directed on the bottle's label, 5 minutes before, during, or after meals, in the following time frames:
  1. First AM
  2. Noon to 3 pm
  3. 6 pm to 10 pm
All supplements can be taken by squeezing 1/2 dropper/nozzle under the tongue.
