Changing your email and/or password on different devices

Changing Password and/or Email 

Here are the steps to change your email and/or password on different devices:

Desktop Device:

  1. Log into your account on the desktop.
  2. Click on your avatar to access the dropdown menu.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select "Account."
  4. On the left sidebar, click on "Login Information."
  5. You will be redirected to a new page where you can edit your email or password. 

Tablet and Mobile Devices:

  1. Log into your account (app) using your tablet or mobile device.
  2. Locate the "More" option in the bottom menu.
  3. Scroll down and find the "Account Details" menu option.
  4. Tap on "Account Details" to access the page.
  5. On the account details page, you can edit your email or password.
