Failed Order - Payment Method Not Attached To A Customer

 A failed order can be frustrating, but don’t worry—we’re here to help you resolve it quickly! Follow the steps below to ensure your payment method is correctly set up and finalize your order.

1. Log into Your Account

  • Visit our website and sign in to your account using your credentials.


2. Access the Payment Methods Section

  • From the sidebar menu, select “Payment Methods” (refer to the image below for guidance).



3. Add or Update Your Payment Method

  • If you don’t have a payment method saved yet, click on “Add Payment Method” as shown in the image above

4. Add or Update Your Payment Method

  • Choose the appropriate card option and fill in the required details:
    • HSA/FSA Card: Select this if you’re using an HSA/FSA card.
    • Credit/Debit Card: Choose this for all other payment types (refer to Image 03 for visual aid).

4. Return to the Orders Section

  • Once your payment method is updated, go back to the sidebar menu and click on “Orders.”

5. Finalize Your Failed Order

  • Locate the failed order in your list of orders and proceed with finalizing it. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the checkout process.
