In the event that your order fails to go through, it's important to understand the possible reasons behind it. We strive to provide a seamless ordering experience, but sometimes issues may arise. If you encounter any difficulties during the ordering process, we're here to help.

To check the status of your order, please access your user account and navigate to your dashboard. If you're unsure how to access your dashboard, you can refer to our helpful article on accessing your dashboard for step-by-step instructions.

Once you're on your dashboard, you'll be able to locate your most recent order. In the third column of your recent/latest orders, you will find the status of the order. Additionally, you can find the order under the Orders section by clicking on the Orders menu item in the left sidebar.

If you decide not to proceed with the order, you can easily cancel it by clicking the cancel button. Alternatively, if you have resolved the issue that caused the order failure, you can finalize your order by clicking the Pay button.
