It is important to note that these options may vary depending on individual insurance plans, so we recommend checking with your insurance provider for a more detailed and accurate assessment of your coverage options. In addition, we have partners who are able to assist with completing and filling out the Letter of Medical Necessity that is required by some insurance companies to process any claim for reimbursement. It is important to confirm with your insurance provider regarding the specifics of what is required as there is no one standard template used by all companies.
