Our Guarantee: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement.
Required Step: Before we can process a replacement, the client must first file a formal claim with the carrier (UPS or USPS). Once you have your claim number, please forward it to us so we can ship your replacement immediately.

In-Transit Changes: We ship orders very rapidly (often within the hour) and cannot guarantee an address change will be caught in time. If a package is already in transit, the client must contact the carrier with their tracking info to request a change. Any associated carrier fees must be paid by the client.
