Tracking your order status

Here are the steps to view your order status at any time.

Desktop Device:

  1. Log into your account on the desktop.
  2. Click on your avatar to access the dropdown menu.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select "Shop Dashboard."
  4. On the left sidebar, click on "Orders"
  5. You will be redirected to a new page with a list of all your orders. Click on the view button of an order to view it.

Tablet and Mobile Devices:

  1. Log into your account (app) using your tablet or mobile device.
  2. Locate the "More" option in the bottom menu.
  3. Scroll down and find the "Orders" menu option.
  4. Tap on the "Orders" to access the page.
  5. On the order details page, you can view each order by clicking the view button next each order
